Fix Buddy 360 is a service aggregation platform that connects customers with independent third-party service providers such as electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and other professionals.

We do not directly provide services. All services are delivered by independent service providers.


2. Booking & Service Process

  • Customers can book services via:
    • Website
    • Mobile application
    • Phone call (+91 8667312354)
  • Once a booking is confirmed:
    • A service provider will be assigned
    • Service timing depends on availability
  • Customers must provide accurate address, contact details, and service requirements.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • A booking fee may be charged to confirm the service
  • Final service cost depends on:
    • Type of work
    • Complexity
    • Materials required
  • If additional materials are needed:
    • The service provider must inform the customer
    • Bills/invoices must be shared with the customer
  • Payments can be made via:
    • Online payment (secure payment gateway)
    • UPI / Cash (if applicable)

4. Platform Commission

Fix Buddy 360 may charge a platform fee or commission from service providers. This ensures smooth platform operations and service quality.


5. Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel bookings before a service provider is assigned
  • Cancellation after assignment or technician arrival may result in charges

6. Refund Policy

  • Booking fees are non-refundable once a service provider is assigned
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • No refunds in cases of:
    • Successfully completed services
    • Customer unavailability at service location
    • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer

7. User Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Be present at the service location
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Make timely payments

8. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are expected to:

  • Deliver services professionally
  • Maintain transparent pricing
  • Provide bills for any materials purchased
  • Communicate clearly with customers

9. Limitation of Liability

Fix Buddy 360 acts only as a facilitator between customers and service providers.

We are not liable for:

  • Service quality issues
  • Damages during service
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

However, we will assist in resolving disputes wherever possible.


10. Communication Consent

By using Fix Buddy 360, you agree to receive:

  • Calls
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp notifications

related to bookings, updates, and support.


11. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel bookings if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.


12. Changes to Terms

Fix Buddy 360 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
